26 Things Your Life Coach Would Tell You (if you had one)
Life coaches partner with healthy people (see #6) to take their lives from good to great. A part of this process involves telling you like it is (even if it hurts) and giving you a new perspective. A good coach will push you to become the person you said you wanted to become and to achieve the things you said you wanted to achieve. A good coach will keep you on track, redirect you when you’re off track and hold the vision for you when you’re ready to give up. Her words are powerful and cause you to think and then rethink some things. Here’s 26 things you would hear your life coach say to you in some variation if you actually had a life coach.

It is dead. It is over. It is gone. It is done. It is time to bury it because it is smelling up your life and no one wants to be near your rotted corpse of memories and decaying attitude.
